FAQ: How much time do I need to be successful in the program?
You need 3 - 5 hours per week to be successful. This estimation includes your participation in 2 of 6 group calls per week and your work on the lessons. Of course you will spend more time applying the techniques learned, but the roll up your sleeves WORK will require 3 - 5 hours per week!

Step 1: Login to The Platform and Complete The Following Steps
- Click on the following link to login: https://www.themindfulhabitonline.com/login
- Enter your login name and password
- Once logged in you will be brought to your library
- There you will select “Online Group Coaching Program”
- That will bring you to the Online Group Coaching Program Dashboard - where you will access everything from
Once at the Dashboard, read the introduction with instructions to get started and as you scroll down you will see the following rectangular tabs. Each of these tabs brings you to an important area of the program.
(If you are using a desktop the following tabs will be located to the right and if you are on a mobile device (phone or tablet) the tabs will be underneath the instructions - just scroll down until you see them.)

It’s important to know where these tabs are so you can navigate through the program. Once you have identified those tabs and know where to click you can move on to the next section which will explain what to do in each section to make the most out of your membership in this program.

Group Calls
As stated above, this program will require 3 - 5 hours weekly of your time. Two of those 5 hours will be dedicated to group coaching calls. Participation in the coaching calls is necessary for several reasons.
- They provide a safe space to share about your recovery journey.
- Each call is run by a Certified Mindful Habit® Coach who will answer your questions. Participation is critical so ask questions. There are no dumb questions. We want to hear from you to help you in your specific area of need (I often tell my guys to use each group call as their own coaching call until someone else speaks!).
- Helps you to feel connected to the greater community of men in recovery with you.
- And much more! Just take advantage!
To access the group coaching call calendar, click on the “Group Call” tab/rectangle. Scroll down to see the schedule of group calls provided.
A few notes to remember about the group coaching calls:
- Prepare for the call like you would a work call.
- Participation means asking questions, providing feedback, and participating in the call chat.
- Call times do not change UNLESS notified via email.
- Call times are shown in Pacific time (time zone adjustments may need to be made). Other time zones as listed within the description of the call.
- While each call focuses on a specific important topic, you may ask questions about any topic at any time. You drive the agenda!
- Zoom is strongly preferred (I wanna see ya!) but not required. Video is optional. You must use Zoom if you wish to raise your hand and participate in the chat. There is always a phone number provided to call in to each group call.
- To raise your hand, click the reaction button at the bottom of the screen and press, “Raise Hand”

Video Lessons
Video Lessons Tab
The video lessons are divided into phases and chapters. There are four phases in our online program:
- Introduction
- Awareness
- Accountability
- Action
For purposes of this onboarding: Click the Video Lessons tab and please identify the title of Chapter 3 AND the name of the phase chapter 3 is located.
Hopefully your answer is “Porn/Sex awareness” and “Introduction Phase”. It is important that as we go through each of these modules that you remember your chapter and phase so you do not get lost/confused as you go through each lesson and Phase. Also, you will not have access to any other phase until you have thoroughly completed the current phase you are in!
When you click the title link for Chapter 3 - it will lead you to a video where Craig Perra is explaining 99.9% of the lesson. From here go to the Workbook Tab OR click the link to the top or right of the screen.

TMH Workbook
Click the "Workbook" tab and it will open in a new window.
TMH workbook is necessary as it serves two functions:
- Written version of video lesson
- Contains assignments for each chapter
TMH workbook will open into a separate tab as a PDF document. If you wish, you can purchase a physical, spiral bound workbook
First and foremost download the workbook to any drive on your device. You are welcome to print out the 175 page double sided workbook.
Downloading or printing out the Workbook will empower you to be excuse free in your recovery! If TMH blew up tomorrow AND you lost Wifi, if you have the workbook, you can still complete your recovery program!
First, scroll to the “Table of Contents”. Do not confuse this with the syllabus. Once at the Table of Contents, locate chapter 3 associated with the video lesson and proceed to the corresponding page.
A few notes to remember about the TMH Workbook:
Page 11 and 12 are the written visions of the video lesson. Following is the assignment. Remember this is a template and make the necessary adjustments (ie if you are here for sex addiction or oogling, replace “porn” with your specific behavior).
As you are completing this assignment, you will need a journal to write your answers as we move to the Community Forum to upload your work!

Community Forum
Community Forum Tab
Ok! We are almost finished! The Community Forum allows for a confidential hub for the members of TMH to not only upload your assignments, but to also connect with the larger community of men seeking AND finding recovery from sex and/or porn addiction.
Once you are at the Community Forum, you will see several tabs/links. REMEMBER YOUR PHASE AND CHAPTER! Scroll down to “The Mindful Habit” section of the forum where you will find links for each phase of our program.
Select “Intro” by left clicking on the link. Once there it will lead you to each chapter within the Introduction Phase that contains an assignment. Select the appropriate link (Porn/Sex Awareness Questions).
Once here, you will see a few things:
- First link showing you a tutorial for each assignment
- Second link showing you examples of the assignment
- Following links of others work in the same chapter
I highly advise that on your own time spend some time going through the links. Not only are they informative, but they are also great at reducing the shame as you read other members' assignments. You may very well find an ally in your recovery journey!
Back to your work! Look in the right-hand corner for the “new Topic” link. Left click on it.
Here you will see a new page with two fields to complete: Title and Content. Title is easy… have some fun! Anything from your name and the chapter to you creating an avatar with the assignment is completely fine. The important work is in the content.
In the content section, you will do two things: add the answers from the workbook and tag Coach Adrian. You “tag” him like you would in any other social media platform: “@” with the word coach. It will look like this: “@coach”. This will give you a pull down where you can select Adrian. He will reply to every post you make in the forum!
Onboarding Assignments
These assignments are designed to get you started on the right foot and to make the most of our onboarding call. Please complete the 1st 2 assignments before we talk and the 3rd one after our call.
Please Complete the Following Two Items Before Your Call With Michelle:
1. Prioritize Your Most Precious Resource: Schedule Time During The Week To Work On This Program
Your first assignment is to think about a time during the week that you can devote to your TMH work. Results happen when you commit your time to the program. It's easy for life to get in the way, so your first assignment is to tentatively schedule in time every week, free from distractions to start prioritizing and working on YOU!
2. Identify Which 2 Weekly Group Coaching Calls You Will Commit To
We have group calls almost daily and each call is led by one of our coaches. You have one week to decide which 2 calls you will commit to for 30 days (unless your work schedule doesn't permit, i.e. medical or rotating shift work). Remember, you have complete access to all of the calls, however the objective here is to create new habits as well as break old ones. Within the next two weeks your schedule should reflect the two COMMITTED calls you have decided on without substitutions!
